Lou LaMarca, President

Lou is a business consultant and investor, with over thirty years of industry experience, looking to promote the start-up and growth of businesses that advance science and a greener environment. Lou has a strong background in R&D, marketing and business management. He is particularly interested in developing products that are more environment friendly and offer sustainable benefits.

Lou is a member of the Northeast Angels and eCoast Angels investment groups. He serves on the Venture Review Board for the School of Technological Entrepreneurship at Northeastern University and is on the advisory board of the NH Innovation Commercialization Center. He also teaches Strategic Management at the University of New Hampshire.

Robert Consaga, CPA Services

Bob has extensive experience in working with small to medium size companies in the manufacturing, high technology, retail, construction, real estate and professional industries, as well as individual tax clients. Bob has worked closely with his clients to develop sound business, tax and estate tax planning strategies that encourage financial stability and prudent growth initiatives.


Bob started his career as a tax specialist for The Signal Companies (Now Allied-Signal) and then worked for Coopers & Lybrand (Now Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLP) where he specialized in providing tax strategies and planning opportunities to companies with sales that ranged from $20 million to over $1 billion. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Northeastern University. Bob is a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has over 20 years experience in advising small to medium sized companies in all aspects of financial management. He has lectured to outside groups on a variety of topics including Corporate formation, tax and estate tax planning opportunities, and the dos and don’ts of loan financing.


Steve Grossman, Legal Services

Steven J. Grossman, a founding partner of GTPP, specializes in patent protection, licensing and enforcement of intellectual property rights and represents local and nationally known companies in the management of their intellectual property portfolios. Dr. Grossman’s areas of technical expertise include polymer blends, polymer chemistry, conductive materials, recycling of plastics, plastic manufacture and processes such as injection molding, blow molding and extrusion, fibers and fiber based-products, mechanical devices and related products. Since 1990, Dr. Grossman has served as an expert witness in a variety of patent and trade secret infringement matters, represented a variety of clients concerning intellectual property litigation at the Federal District Court level and has argued in Washington D.C. before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.


Prior to entering the legal profession, Dr. Grossman worked as a research and development scientist in the field of polymer research at the Upjohn Company in North Haven, Connecticut. He then joined the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in the Department of Plastics Engineering where he currently maintains a position of Full Professor, teaching in the field of polymer materials, as well as offering survey courses on intellectual property for engineers. Dr. Grossman has authored numerous technical articles in the field of plastics engineering and holds several U.S. patents.


He completed a B.S. degree in chemistry from the University of Connecticut, Storrs in 1976, a Ph.D. in polymer science and engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1980, and a J.D. degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1990. Dr. Grossman is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court of New Hampshire and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is also registered to practice before the United States Patent Office. Dr. Grossman resides in Amherst, New Hampshire and enjoys white water kayaking, officiating for soccer and baseball and flying helicopters (licensed commercial pilot-certified flight instructor).
